Marci has over 20 years of experience in education. Having taught at both the elementary and middle school levels, she consistently worked to bring technology into the classroom in innovative ways that increased student collaboration and engagement. As a Principal, she led the implementation of a Blended Learning Model at the Title I school in which she served. Her emphasis as an education leader is to empower educators to chase impact. She invites educators to consistently measure whether what they are doing is having the desired impact on student learning and supports them in their efforts to shift practices in a manner that yields greater impact. She believes that when used well, technology has the capacity to maximize a teacher's instructional time and to amplify the impact of that instruction. Currently, Marci partners with districts and schools across Utah to lead the implementation of a Blended Learning Model.
