UCET 2021

Procedure for Obtaining: University Credit, USBE Credit, or Licensure Points

NOTE: There will be online-only options for all of these choices. The SUU and USBE options must be completed through a combination of synchronous and asynchronous participation. The Learning Artifact must contain a total 15 reflections.

Please choose only one of the following:

University Credit (SUU EDUC 5455-303)One (1) Credit Hour
One hour of university credit will be available from SUU – Southern Utah University for $21. To receive SUU credit (EDUC 5455-303) you must do the following:

• Synchronous & Asynchronous
  • Attend 2 keynotes.
  • Attend 13 sessions.
    • A one hour visit to the vendor booths counts as one session. Vendor visits may only be used one time.
  • Fill out the SUU/USBE Learning Artifact – UCET Conference form for each session

• Anytime before July 31, 2021
  • Request the DocuSign forms via http://bit.ly/ucetSubmitCredit
  • Complete the SUU Credit form via DocuSign.
  • Complete the Learning Artifact via Docusign. 
  • Choose a payment option.
    • Option 1
      • Pay $22 online at https://link.waveapps.com/8ynxrv-y8r2xv
    • Option 2
      • Complete a personal check or money order payable to UCET for $21
      • Mail the payment to: UCET, 98 North Main Street #176, Clearfield, UT 84089

You will not receive notice that you have received SUU credit.  You are responsible for requesting a copy of your SUU transcript with the credit recorded.  You may contact the SUU registrar at 435-586-7715 to request a copy of your transcript. Please be aware that credit will not be posted until after the end of next semester.

USBE Inservice CreditOne (1) Credit Hour
One hour of lane change credit is available from USBE. To receive a USBE credit you must do the following:

• Synchronous & Asynchronous
  • Attend 2 keynotes.
  • Attend 13 sessions.
    • A one hour visit to the vendor booths counts as one session. Vendor visits may only be used one time.
  • Fill out the SUU/USBE Learning Artifact – UCET Conference form for each session
• Anytime before July 31, 2021
  • Request the DocuSign forms via http://bit.ly/ucetSubmitCredit
  • Complete the Learning Artifact via Docusign. 

You will not receive notice that you have received a USBE credit. Credit will be available through the Midas Education system in your Cactus report.

Licensure Points
For those NOT interested in SUU or USBE credit, you may receive licensure points at the end of the conference for the hours attended. The “Licensure Points” Certificate will be emailed to you by request. The deadline is July 31, 2021, via http://bit.ly/ucetSubmitCreditYou may receive up to 7 points maximum for attending the UCET Conference.
