We know that capacity-building services are continuously needed to support LEA efforts as they implement safe, equitable, and effective edtech systems. Beginning in October 2020, several Utah LEAs have participated in a grant-funded nationwide professional learning and certification opportunity designed to build school and district administrator capacity for evidence-based decision making related to edtech effectiveness. This program, IMPACT Fellows, teaches participating administrators the concepts, methods, and tools of rapid-cycle edtech evaluation and how to put them to practical use.
